Listing Terms

These terms apply to any business that creates a profile or listing in the Fast Forward Shop ("the Shop"), which is operated by Fast Forward Evolution LLC ("Fast Forward", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can list

• You must be authorised to act for the business you list, and the business must be real and lawfully operating.
• You must sign up with an email address you control and confirm it.
• Every new business is reviewed by Fast Forward before its listings appear in the app, usually within one business day. We may approve or decline any business at our discretion; if we decline, we'll tell you why in your portal and you can fix it and resubmit.
• Clinicians, dietitians, therapists and telehealth providers must hold the licence their work requires and give their licence number when we ask.
• The "Verified" badge only means your sign-in email uses the same domain as your website. It is not an endorsement, a licence check, or a review of your products.

2. What you can list

Products and services relevant to fasting, nutrition, fitness, training and general wellness. Every listing must be accurate, must describe something you actually offer, and must link to a secure (https) page you control.

3. What is not allowed

• Claims that a product cures, treats or prevents any disease, or "miracle" and guaranteed-result claims.
• Prescription drugs (including compounded GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), steroids, SARMs or other controlled or performance-enhancing drugs.
• Calling a supplement "FDA-approved", or health claims you can't back with competent and reliable scientific evidence. Before/after photos must say that results vary.
• Adult content, gambling, weapons, or financial and money-making schemes.
• Anything illegal where you sell it, counterfeit goods, or content you don't have the right to use.
• False, misleading or deceptive listings, fake reviews, or listings for a business that isn't yours.
• Photos or text that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent.

Listings are screened automatically when you save them. Passing the automatic screen does not mean a listing complies with these terms.

4. Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your listings, your products and services, your pricing, your customers, and for following the laws and advertising rules that apply to you (including rules on health and supplement claims).
• Sales happen on your own website, between you and your customer. Fast Forward is not a party to them and does not handle payment, delivery, refunds or support.

5. Removal

App users can report listings, and Fast Forward reviews every report. Fast Forward may remove any listing or close any business account at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these terms. If your listing is removed you'll see the reason in your portal.

6. Plans, payment and cancelling

• Free: one listing, at no cost. Businesses that joined before paid plans existed keep the free listings they already had.
• Featured ($19 a month) and Premium ($49 a month) are optional upgrades that give your listing more prominent placement, as described in your portal. Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically every month (or year, if you chose yearly billing) until you cancel. Your plan is switched on once we see your payment, usually within one business day.
• You can cancel at any time from "Manage billing" in your portal, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your listing returns to Free. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or we remove your listing for reasons that aren't your fault.
• Paid placement is shown to app users as "Sponsored". Upgrades affect where your listing appears, never whether it is approved, and never what reviews or reports say about it.
• Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply where you are.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give Fast Forward permission to display it in the Fast Forward app, on its website and in its marketing for as long as your listing is live, and to resize or reformat it to fit.

8. No endorsement, no guarantees

Fast Forward does not endorse, test or guarantee any listed business, product or service, and does not promise any number of views, visits or sales. The Shop is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Fast Forward is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from the Shop, and you agree to cover Fast Forward's costs if a claim arises from your listing or your products.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your listings or your whole account at any time from the portal. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings from the Shop. If you're on a paid plan, cancel it in "Manage billing" first — deleting your account does not cancel payments by itself.
